ExtendCare Physician Services provides physician services and medical directorships to nursing homes retirement communities and extended care facilities throughout Greater Cincinnati. Through ExtendCare services, facilities can reduce operational costs by providing diagnosis and treatment in the home itself. ExtendCare Services are on-call 24-hours a day.

• Medical directorship and patient care provided by physicians with special interests and/training in internal and geriatric medicine
• Immediate, urgent, or emergency care for your residents (24/7 coverage)
• Full time RN to process routine lab values and to answer questions
