Patients, visitors and the public may park in the Deaconess Parking Garage on Straight Street, which is located across the street from the main entrance of the hospital. The garage remains open 24 hours for your convenience. Using the garage costs a flat fee of $3 per day. Upon exiting, an automated system accepts one- or five-dollar bills, credit cards or passes.

Patients being admitted for treatment will find courtesy passes in their Admission Packet. Visitors involved in special events, such as Elderlife luncheons or educational seminars, will be issued a complimentary pass by the event coordinator. Outpatients visiting one of the Deaconess clinics will be given a parking pass in the clinic. Patients of the PrimeMed practices, Stratford Family Medicine and Mt. Auburn Internal Medicine will also receive passes in the office.

All Elderlife members who are hospitalized will be able to receive passes (in addition to those found in their admission packet) from the Cashier's Office or Emergency Department (after 4:30 p.m. daily and on weekends), upon presenting their membership cards.

Long term passes are available for purchase at the Cashier's Office: 12 months ($720), 10 months ($600), or 3 months ($180). The Cashier's Office is open Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
