DEACONESS FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTES $25,000 TO HURRICANE HARVEY RELIEF EFFORTS
In response to the devastation created by Hurricane Harvey, the Deaconess Foundation recently contributed $25,000 to support the residents of Texas suffering through this catastrophe. The funds were directed to Matthew 25 Ministries, a Cincinnati-based organization dedicated to providing relief during such disasters in the U.S. and abroad.
“The Deaconess Foundation is committed to supporting community initiatives that tend to at-risk populations and provide access to care,” stated Diane Decker, Director of Development for the Deaconess Foundation. “Our response to Hurricane Harvey demonstrates the significance of such support in crisis situations.”
