The Deaconess Foundation manages development activities and grant initiatives to support worthy causes that satisfy critical community health needs by investing in neighborhood-based care and services. 

Social Investments

Deaconess’ social investments reach people where they live and support otherwise unmet needs. Since 2012, Deaconess Foundation has made over $5 million in grants to community organizations that deliver measurable healthcare improvement in one of two focus areas:
